Refund Policy

At Hello Mistri, We take pride in the provider services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our providers. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best provider services online. However, in case you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it, or provide a refund.

100% Refund Policy. (When the Provider purchases a credit package from us and during a span of 60 days he did not receive any lead from the company side, in this case, the company will initiate a 100% refund with in 10 -15 working days.

In any case, if the provider picks 50% leads from the company portal then they did not initiate for refund.

If the Provider picks 5 leads from the application and wants to stop their services. In this case, he stops their services from the application by himself company does not stop their services. and this interval he did not pick any leads from the application. In This case Provider is eligible for the refund as per policy.

If any leads are cancelled by the customer side after the provider picks up the lead, a refund is not initiated by the providers (per lead).
